Sell Beyond is seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves storytelling, and is eager to learn about the exciting world of e-commerce and digital marketing. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content for clients and our brand, utilising tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, and Canva.In this role you will have a fantastic work life balance, working hybrid with 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week.
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Collaborate on video reels, LinkedIn Lives, and YouTube content.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform content strategies.
- Attend Teams calls and maintain email communication with clients to gather briefs for copywriting projects.
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
- Maintain brand voice and tailor content to different platforms and target markets, adapting formats for Facebook Reels, LinkedIn messaging, and more.
- Reactive content creation to leverage news and trends.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
- £19,250 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm
- 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays!
- A beautiful rurally located office
- You will be working hybrid in this role, 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Canva, and Excel.
- Interest in graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
